1. Product Exclusion Feature in the Recommendation Module

Our new Product Exclusion feature allows you to set exclusion rules across all campaigns in the Recommendation module. Now you can define exclusions at the module level, ensuring they are applied consistently across the board. Manage exclusions efficiently with a streamlined interface to better align your recommendations with brand objectives. 🎯

2. Enhanced Data Grid in Engagement Module Reports

We’ve upgraded our “View All” and “Reports” screens with a sleek new data grid view that simplifies campaign management. Key highlights include:


  • Sorting & Filtering: Tailor your view with sorting and filtering options.

  • Date Range Adjustments: Focus on relevant timeframes, with recent campaigns highlighted.

  • Customizable Columns: Show or hide columns to fit your needs.


This clean, organized layout helps you get to the insights faster and easier! 📊💥




3. Improved Scenario Push Campaigns

Now, with a new optional “Description” field in Scenario Push campaigns, users can ensure that messages never go out blank, even if images, prices, or other fields are hidden. This enhancement offers flexibility and ensures that every push message looks complete and compelling!




4. Precision Boost in Product ID Searches

Segmentify’s Search & Discovery module now includes a new tokenizer in SOLR, designed to improve search results for unique identifiers like product IDs. The result? Accurate, relevant matches in every search, helping users find exactly what they’re looking for quickly and easily!



5. Lightning-Fast Email Marketing Analytics

We’ve optimized the loading speed for our Email Marketing Analytics screen. Users can now access key stats faster, cutting down wait time and getting you to valuable insights in record time!




6. Expanded Product Exclusion Search Limit

Managing large inventories? No problem! We’ve increased the product search field limit from 10 to 50 on the Global Configuration screen. This update gives accounts with extensive catalogs the flexibility they need to fine-tune their product exclusions effortlessly.
